IT Service Manager (Refnr:8)

As Service Manager you will be responsible for driving high-priority strategic initiatives and deliveries and you’ll act as a facilitator,
ensuring that our IT partner has the capabilities and conditions needed to stay focused and efficient and delivering the best to our customers.
You will work with our IT partner that have agile development teams that are experts in their fields, driven by results and having a lot of fun on the way!
•       To be accountable for all parts of the Services delivered within
o       Order Management & Integration including both Operations/Maintenance and Development
o       Application Maintenance & Operations Service for the BSS Solution
•       Aid and advocate delivery alignment cross organization
•       Plan development capacity at our IT partner according to demand and roadmap
•       Follow up on the service level of our IT partner
•       To manage Finance & Control
•       Monitor the overall delivery of IT-Services, manage escalation and initiate mitigating actions, when Supplier deviates from the agreements
•       Secure high quality IT Services delivery in both operations and development.
• Experience in IT delivery lead roles
•       Expierence, knowledge and insight in Telecom, Order Management and Integration technology. (WebMethods)
•       Experience from working in a large scale agile environment
•       A University degree in Information Technology or similar
•       A personality that’s organisational and service-minded with great leadership skills
•       Strong communication and negotiation skills
•       Have strong networking skills and work well with peers at levels and departments of the organization.
•       You are solutions oriented with the integrity to stand your ground where necessary, in a diplomatic way.
•       You are flexible and a problem solver with a strong sense of accountability.
•       You are fluent in English - Fluency in swedish is not mandatory but a plus
