Change Manager Lead (Refnr:80)

Responsibilities
Main tasks will be
• Act as the Change Management workstream lead in one of the projects and working closely with the PMO and Communications stream lead.
• The continual development and updating of a change management approach/plan for the project.
• Continually assess and identify key impacted stakeholders and drive initiatives that enable change working closely with internal stakeholders such as Internal Communications, project managers, workstream leads and more
• Make everything come together by playing a key “spider in the web” role, always advising and coaching with the change agenda in mind. This includes always keeping the end target state and the required behaviors in mind.
• Identifying, and coordinating training required in order to facilitate the necessary change in ways of working and behaviors.
• Continually measuring change to secure business value and assessing the change climate.
• Building leadership and ownership of business outcomes.

Experience
• 8+ years of experience in change management
• Holistic approach, but still can work quite hands on as well
