PROJECT MANAGER
 
We are looking for a project manager who has experience in driving projects digital and physical of various nature that are at the intersection of design, development, and business.
 
You will work with a talented and multi-national design team situated in different studios around the world. You will help the team to continuously make progress on their design deliveries, removing obstacles, and protecting the team from distractions. You are a natural interaction point between teams with interdependencies.
 
Your main tasks:
·         You will help the team to agree on what they can achieve during each development stage, facilitating meetings and work sessions.
·         Work with the project lead for driving the project and bridging the gap between global design and & business teams.
·         Project Management tasks such as planning, risk assessments, driving workshops, ensuring retrospectives, organizing tasks and activities as well as managing cross functional project team members to achieve the project goals.
·         Defining frameworks and ensuring ways of working within the project by implementing techniques such as continuous improvements, agile, user-centric design etc. 
·         Breaking down and planning deliverables in accordance with the projects.
·         Managing Business and Design partners to strengthen the relationship and ensuring quality of deliverables
 
Must have: 
·         University degree 
·         Experience as Project Manager/Scrum Master/Agile Coach for a digital product team, having applied Agile principles and practices
·         Experience working with design teams and excellent understanding of digital and physical design.
·         Agile/ Scrum Master certification
·         Strong skills in leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment, stakeholder management
·         Problem solving attitude, highlighting risks and opportunities
·         Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
·         Good coaching skills
·         Willingness to work in a complex organization and delivery-oriented team 
·         Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
