Job Description We, Commercial Digital / Learn and Shop / Acquire cluster, are seeking a Subject Matter Expert with a solid track record in building and scaling AI chatbots to ensure operational sustainability, stability, and compliance, while also enhancing user engagement to drive sales.
This senior-level role requires both hands-on technical work and strategic oversight in the deployment of our emerging technology product using an agile, iterative approach. Responsibilities • Enhance chatbot interactions with advanced NLP for consistent, compliant, and sentiment-aware communication. • Integrate sales-driven features to augment the user experience with effective upselling functions. • Architect and scale chatbot solutions for a growing user base utilizing cloud infrastructure and automation. • Implement a real-time feedback loop with fact-checking to maintain AI accuracy and facilitate continuous improvement. • Develop and manage a comprehensive business model, complete with financial analysis, for the chatbot's operational and fiscal viability. Qualifications • Extensive experience (10+ years) in AI research and engineering, with expertise in big data, deep learning, neural networks, knowledge graphs, cloud orchestration, and IoT. • Demonstrated success in full-stack AI solution architecture, with a focus on machine learning and data strategies. • Track record of productizing and launching scalable, sustainable AI chatbot technologies. • Proficiency in Python, Java, and SQL. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to innovation that aligns with business goals. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively in cross-functional teams. • Self-motivated with the ability to operate as a high-level individual contributor within a dynamic team.
