Role Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the entire CIT scope, including CIT support (employee Google support, processes, Jira, conference setups, etc.).
- Lead CIT integration projects.
- Own and drive two business areas, clarifying scope, planning, prioritizing, and tracking execution.
- Ensure all stakeholders are kept up-to-date on progress and key priorities for the team.
- Ensure the right business decisions are made for our support and deliver impactful tasks for the organization.
- Provide efficient support for employees and managers, potentially clarifying what falls within and outside the CIT scope.
- Take clear ownership of applications and ensure a successful integration of CIT with the organization.
- Manage MS 365 migration.
- Handle laptop setup and return.
- Migrate BAU processes and ensure the right support and handovers.
- Identify potential risks and high-impact changes for the business.
- Continuously report to VP People, SVP Tech, and share information with key stakeholder groups.
- Overall managerial responsibility for the CIT team (with a team lead in place who will continue to have a direct reporting line, but likely with a new structure having a Head of CIT and CIT Integration Lead reporting directly to the role).
- Budget responsibility for the CIT budget.
Requirements:
- Experience in owning and driving an area/project; team, budget, scope, priorities.
- CIT migration experience.
- Stakeholder management (small vs. large companies).
- Project management skills.
- Communication skills.
