Experienced Systems Engineer/Team leader As a systems engineer with team lead experience, the consultant will lead the systems engineering team within assigned project. The work description is not limited to team leading but there is also a need to do some of the systems engineering tasks as well.

With a good overall view of the systems and good cooperation with project management the consultant will lead the systems engineering team, supporting them to achieve their tasks in alignment with project time plans. The tasks may include but are not limited to: • Support team in managing stakeholder requirements and writing specifications and design documents. • Create and follow up on workforce utilization in Antura. • Reporting team progress to project management. • Make sure that the team is aware of their assignments and responsibilities and create good team spirit. • Participate in project incremental planning. • Communication with other sub-projects to coordinate dependencies and deliveries. • Collaboration with product management, project management, customers and partners to align the system requirements. • Requirement definition, analysis and breakdown. • Requirement acceptance and verification descriptions • System of Systems design, interface definition and integration. Qualifications We believe the consultant has an Engineering degree and at least 6 years working experience (minimum 2 years in a team leading/project leading role) in high technology industries.

Experience in engineering fields like Hardware Development, Embedded Development, System Integration & Verification, RF or Radar is highly beneficial.

Experience from working in an agile context is also seen as a merit.

Must - Swedish citizen - Fluent in Swedish and English
