We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to join us on a key project, contributing to the delivery of high-quality software and system solutions.

In this role, you will oversee the entire testing process—ensuring our systems meet stringent quality standards before release.

This is a part-time (50%) temporary consultant assignment.

About the RoleAs Test Manager

• You will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of testing activities.

• You will develop and implement test strategies, manage test plans and schedules, and collaborate closely with development teams to identify and resolve issues early in the lifecycle. A key part of your role involves coordinating a team of testers, assigning tasks, and ensuring thorough testing is performed across various platforms and environments.

• You will track and report on testing progress, key performance metrics, and defect resolution, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

• You will also ensure testing practices comply with industry standards, continuously seeking improvements in process efficiency and accuracy.

• This role will act as the test lead for a critical project at our company.

Who You Are To succeed in this role:

• You should have several years of experience as a Test Manager and a strong understanding of IT development processes.

• Experience in project or delivery management is a valuable asset.

• You are structured, proactive, and hands-on—comfortable working with everything from test planning and scoping to Jira administration.

• You are a positive team player with strong integrity and a business- and customer-oriented mindset.

• You value collaboration and transparency and enjoy taking ownership of your work in a self-led, structured way.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Test Management

• Experience working in Agile development environments

• Proven experience with Jira and Confluence

• Experience working in maintenance or agile teams

• Understanding of IT compliance requirements

• Strong organizational skills and structured ways of working

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience facilitating requirements and workshops

• Project Management or Delivery Management experience (advantageous)

• Knowledge of Supply Chain and/or Telecom industry is a plus

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written

Additional Information

• 50% consultant assignment

Location: on site in Kista (office policy: at least 3 days a week in office)

Duration: September 1, 2025 – February 28, 2026
