You will join an on-site team of four called TOC Engineering (as a part of our Technical Operations Center) and work in an agile and QA-conscious tech organization with high demands on reliability. Your main task will be building solutions that help reduce incident resolution time as well as proactively prevent them across the platform. This includes everything from automating, monitoring and alarms on an infrastructural level, to teaching developers how to instrument and monitor their services.

We are looking for a project manager who has experience in driving projects digital and physical of various nature that are at the intersection of design, development, and business.
You will work with a talented and multi-national design team situated in different studios around the world. You will help the team to continuously make progress on their design deliveries, removing obstacles, and protecting the team from distractions. You are a natural interaction point between teams with interdependencies.
Your main tasks:
·         You will help the team to agree on what they can achieve during each development stage, facilitating meetings and work sessions.
·         Work with the project lead for driving the project and bridging the gap between global design and & business teams.
·         Project Management tasks such as planning, risk assessments, driving workshops, ensuring retrospectives, organizing tasks and activities as well as managing cross functional project team members to achieve the project goals.
·         Defining frameworks and ensuring ways of working within the project by implementing techniques such as continuous improvements, agile, user-centric design etc. 
·         Breaking down and planning deliverables in accordance with the projects.
·         Managing Business and Design partners to strengthen the relationship and ensuring quality of deliverables
Must have: 
·         University degree 
·         Experience as Project Manager/Scrum Master/Agile Coach for a digital product team, having applied Agile principles and practices

Social backend-utvecklare med minst fyra års erfarenhet av utveckling inom Java och Spring-ramverket.
Kompetens på Kotlin (backend) är önskvärd, men en önskan om att lära sig Kotlin kan vara funka om rätt match i övrigt.
God förmåga att arbeta enligt Scrum i team med flitiga kodgranskningar och många glada diskussioner om vad som är rätta lösningen och varför.
En vilja att dela med sig av kunskap premieras också högt då teamet det berör kommer att ha flera utvecklare för upplärning på objektorienterad programmering och Kotlin.
Uppdragets längd är minst ett år, en månads ömsesidig uppsägning, ev kan det förlängas beroende på projektets roadmap (som tas fram agilt, kommande arbetsbörda är därmed till viss del obekant i dagsläget).
