Description: You will play an important role within the project team and towards key stakeholders. With your holistic approach and external perspective you will go through current solutions together with the project team and key stakeholders. Analyze the outcome and guide in harmonizing our current role concepts as well as align with our governance structure.

• Monitor and benchmark ourcurrent role design concept with other global corporate solutions

• Interview key stakeholders

• Specify pros and cons, obstacles and opportunities of current concept

• Based on regulatory requirements and business benefit, recommend a way forward.We work to ensure that information is used to the best advantage of the organization in a compliant way from a combined business and technology perspective.

Shall requirements (skills):

• Extensive experience in designing and implementing role architecture frameworks within large, complex organizations.

• Proven track record of success in streamlining governance, structure, and competency tracking through role-based solutions.

• Deep understanding of automation, digitalization, and access management principles.

Should Requirements:

• Knowledge of Compliance standards within the area

• Strong Communication skills

• Holistic approach

• Deep understanding of Change Management

Fluent in Swedish and English, in speech and writing.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection.
