As an integration developer you will develop integrations between our different systems. You will ensure that the users have the data they need in the different applications by developing stable, consistent, and well-performing data flows.

The role

In this role you will design, build, and maintain integrations in Microsoft Azure using various technologies. You will work with relevant stakeholders to understand the requirements, draft solutions that follow our internal guidelines and then develop these.

The way we work

The team you will be joining is a distributed team split between Stockholm, Helsinki, and Berlin. As the Data team we cover everything from integrations to reporting and AI.

We use a hybrid setup, mixing remote work with working from the office. You will be working closely with data engineers and others with competence in integrations.

We work in an agile way aiming for small frequent releases using guiding principles from the software development world. Our tech stack is mostly within Microsoft Azure.

For integrations we focus mainly on Data Factory/Synapse Analytics, Logic Apps and Azure Functions.

Who we are looking for

For this role you need to enjoy coding and developing as well as digging through API documentation and requirement specifications. You learn new technical tools quickly but have plenty of previous experience from Microsoft Azure. Working independently is something you are used to, but you also collaborate well with others and are comfortable with asking for help and helping your colleagues when needed.

You have a high attention to details, and you understand the importance of both correctness in the code, adherence to standards as well as prioritisation.

We believe you have at least a BSc in computer science, data science or information systems, or a similar type of education.

Required

• Previous experience of integration development in Azure, including APIs

• Previous experience with Logic Apps and Data Factory or Synapse Analytics

• Understanding of architectural principles for integrations

• Ability to write good quality code in Python

• Experience working with Git and CI/CD

• Good level in English

Meriting

It is also meriting if you have experience of any of the following:

• Experience of API Management and Azure Functions

• Experience of .NET/C#
