ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Defines and drives the Checkout & Payment product strategy, roadmap, and feature development.
Create product specifications in the form of user stories with acceptance criteria, to ensure the development team have all required information to deliver.
Lead the product discoveries for the assigned area
Leads cross-functional teams to manage and implement the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery.
Establishes and verifies feature acceptance criteria, partnering with the online experience team.
Collaborates with internal teams and development partners to ensure requirements are met.
Communicates product management and development updates to all stakeholders.
Optimizes checkout and payment capabilities for internal and external integrations.
Seeks for and uses user feedback and data analysis to drive product improvements and ensure a superior user experience.
Documents and communicates requirements to implementation teams and ensure products meet specifications
Gathers metrics and generate reports to evaluate success of product features or opportunities
Continuously review the product to identify areas for improvement.
Ensures an atmosphere of cohesiveness and focused collaboration between all the members of the product teams
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
2+ years product management experience with digital products.
Proven ability to gather and document product requirements (user stories, specifications, wireframes) following the Agile methodology.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
Experience with Mobile and APIs.
Proficiency in breaking down product vision into agile user stories with acceptance criteria.
Experience with web analytics, A/B testing, and data-driven product decisions.
Fluent English and proficiency in JIRA, Excel, PowerPoint, and Confluence.
Nice to have skills
Technical knowledge (including HTML/CSS/JS/SQL) a plus
Knowledge of user-centered design principles, UX Design best practices, trends and emerging technologies
A general understanding of high availability web-based systems, infrastructure operations and application operations
