Your role 


As the Product Owner you are the link between the stakeholder organization and our developments teams. You own the team backlog for one or several development teams and help them prioritize their work. You secure good requirements, breaking down initiatives into deliverables and understanding and quantifying the value of what we create. You work closely with your team(s) and you help them develop relationships with Stakeholders. 



What you will do 


  • Ownership of the solution in production and securing high quality of the total solution  

  • Monitor equivalent services that our competitors offer and ensure to offer no 1 service to our customers 

  • Develop stakeholder relationships and be an ambassador for the services 

  • Collaborating with the team to convey strategic vision and missions 

  • Adding items to the backlog that fit the customer goals in line with the team’s mission, and conveying that mission to the team  

  • Defining the metrics and KPI's used to measure success of releases, and how the KPIs develop over time. 

  • Ensuring that the backlog is refined and prioritized in accordance with the roadmap and in a way that maximizes the value delivered by the team 

  • Make sure that the team always know what backlog items has the highest priority, and that the backlog has a healthy balance of business development, transformation and life cycle management  

  • Align with other POs to maximize value in the chain and facilitate close collaboration in joint deliveries with other teams 

  • Communicating any obstacles or bottlenecks well in advance of impediment 



Who you are 


  • You have experience with the scrum framework or equivalent methodologies 

  • You understand what it takes to develop and maintain product increments, and is comfortable facilitating and participating in the architectural and technical decisions made in the team 

  • You can translate vision and customer insights to user stories and prioritized backlog items 

  • You communicate concepts and ideas to stakeholders at all levels as well as the team 

  • You have the ability to influence decision making at all levels 

  • You know how to work in a DevOps environment and understand the importance of continuous delivery 


Preferably in Swedish, but competence before language
