As a transformation lead you will be leading our Online transformation program to fulfil our strategy to deliver great customer experience regardless of segment and brand.
In order to achieve our transformation, we need to simplify our architecture from backend to frontend. This means that the scope includes everything from consolidating services and decoupling from core systems to UX design taking the different needs dependent on segment and brand into account.

The program is ongoing and divided into several phases planned to run for another 2-3 years.
As transformation lead you will work close with the team, product owners and development teams as well as with stakeholders in the business organization, both for B2C and B2B.
You will be an expert in working with our multiple channels and stakeholders to inspire people and companies to seize digital and use it to the max.
