Business Analyst – Business Transformation ID:382

A global leader in business data and analytics is undergoing a strategic transformation of its business processes (across Q2C). The goal is to reshape and streamline the entire customer journey – from quote and order to billing and invoicing. To support this initiative, they are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to help define, structure, and drive the transformation forward.

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 12 months (with strong possibility of extension depending on project progress)

Utilization: 100%

Location: Stockholm, Sweden – hybrid setup (initially expected to be on-site full-time to build relationships and onboard effectively; thereafter ~3 days/week)

Languages: Fluent Swedish and English required

Role Overview

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing, documenting, and analysing end-to-end Q2C processes. Much of the current landscape is undocumented or inconsistently captured, so your role will be critical in identifying gaps, pain points, and areas for improvement.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Product, and Operations to ensure a clear, structured, and aligned path forward. Your findings will directly inform the design of future technical solutions and ways of working.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in process and system-heavy environments

• Hands-on experience working with Quote-to-Cash or similar end-to-end business models

• Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions

• Skilled in facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and producing clear, structured documentation

• Comfortable working across multiple teams in a complex and evolving business environment

• Experience with relevant systems such as Salesforce (CRM), Kappa, PI & Workflow (Back Office), AX, and Workday Finance (Finance)
