Test-/Verifieringsingenjör sökes med erfarenhet av hårdvara och mjukvarutestning i reglerad miljö (GMP), verifiering/validering (IQ/OQ) samt praktisk erfarenhet av utrustningstestning.

You will work closely with electrical, mechanical, and automation design teams to ensure high-quality verification and testing of customized systems before customer delivery. Since all systems are customer-specific, collaboration with both internal teams and customers is an important part of the role.

The Verification team consists of approximately 35 colleagues with diverse backgrounds and experience levels, working in an international environment where English is the official language, while Swedish is commonly spoken within the department.

Responsibilities

As a Test/QA Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing verification and testing activities for customized systems.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Plan, develop, and execute functional test strategies

• Develop procedures and take ownership of functional testing activities

• Review, approve, and provide quality oversight of test protocols created by other test engineers

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and recommend corrective actions

• Support service teams with maintenance activities, repairs, and customer site installations

• Provide technical support and education to customers and suppliers

• Participate in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) activities together with customers

• Maintain and continuously improve test facilities, test equipment, and verification capabilities

• Lead documentation activities and proactively plan verification work

Required Qualifications

• Solid expertise in hardware and software testing

• Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., GMP)

• Hands-on experience with equipment testing, verification, IQ, and OQ activities

• Strong ability to independently plan and drive verification activities

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured way

• Fluent English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background

• Previous experience working within a verification team

• Swedish language skills
