Lead, plan, perform and coordinate Design validation and Usability engineering activities within the Business Line Neuro at Elekta.
Responsibilities
To manage the Design validation and Usability engineering activities within the Neuro BL, i.e., lead, plan, execute, analyze, follow up, report and document. This includes, but is not limited to, workflow design, use scenario definition, formative and summative evaluations.
Act as Design Validation specialist to guide and collaborate with colleagues such as peers, safety engineers, developers and application specialists
To participate in all R&D systems engineering activities with emphasis on Systems engineering tasks such as requirement gathering, understanding and defining user needs, concept modelling and safety analysis.
Process leader for Elektas validation process according to QMS1170.
Participate in as well as drive process updates together with process owners and leaders to improve system engineering processes and instructions, in particular those related to design validation, usability engineering, traceability and documentation.
To be aware of and take into consideration developments within the field, including new and changed standards
To continuously drive, work and lead process improvements to assure that we have the most effective way of working.
