Industrialization of new e-Mobility products

You will be a sub-Project leader with the responsible to lead a part of our industrialization on our new e-Mobility products within given time and budget.

Responsibility:

• Conduct own pre-study’s in our current production process and create a project definition

• Follow up progress within the project(s)

• Coordinate a cross-functional team in their tasks.

To succeed the candidate needs to have the following skills:

• Excellent social skills, ability to engage people;

• Work with many parallel tasks;

• Technical problem solving;

• Able to prioritize tasks proactively.

• Able to understand technical issues.

• Excellent communication skills

Education

A bachelor- or master degree in engineering

Language

Swedish and English, both speech and writing

Meriting

Previous experience regarding industrialization of new products in production and project management.
