Business Architect – Advanced Planning ID:301

We are seeking a skilled Business Architect to design and optimize our future Advanced Planning domain. In this role, you will bridge business strategy and technology, driving efficiency and value across sales forecast, sales order management, supply chain and operational planning.

We have an exciting and challenging journey ahead of us with the transformation to ERP (SAP & D365) and Advanced Planning (Kinaxis) solutions - and a cross-functional blueprint needs to be set and key design decisions need to be made.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the target state for how advanced planning system and processes support business goals and the interaction with ERP systems and other fundamental solutions for our business.

• Facilitate the design, key design decisions, and implementation of end-to-end planning frameworks.

• Lead the establishment of an E2E target architecture for the domain and how that is realized through the deployment of our APS solution Kinaxis Maestro.

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather and consolidate business needs. • Take an active part in balancing current and future business needs to drive change and to maintain adherence to target architecture.

• Optimize planning methods using data, analytics, and automation.

• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovations.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of the planning domain and APS tools – Kinaxis Maestro in particular.

• Proven ability to design and implement scalable planning solutions within an industrial context and in alignment with ERP solutions.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Your Profile:

• Substantial experience from domains such as Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Sales & Operational Planning, and Supply Chain planning.

• Strong business architecture skills and experience in project management.

• Strong understanding of business processes in an end-to-end planning context.

• Experience working in global and complex programs.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
