Role responsibilities

 Ensure the delivery of On Board Signalling designs (HW, SW, functional and configuration design, interface control, production check, Signalling circuits including cable core plans, bonding diagrams, power supply) in accordance with Customer requirements,

industry and company standards and processes

 Participate in technical reviews to detect design errors, process and tool inefficiencies, and ensure the implementation of corrective and improvement actions

 Execution of the Verification activities on issued documents, according to the Verification &Validation Plans

 Surveys and tests on site

 Understand the Engineering Installation needs in order to include them in the design development

 Prepare standard installation drawings, developing plan layout, sectional detailed drawings for installing the technical equipment;

 Consult with the Project engineers and Project managers through completion of drafting to ensure design expectations are met;

 Establish and meet timelines and deadlines supporting the project during all the phases;

Education / Qualifications

 Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline

 Minimum 6 months of professional experience in electrical design preferably on Railway/OnBoard

 Good knowledge of Autocad Electric and Zuken E3
