Du kommer att arbeta inom ett team som fokuserar på downstream hardware och single-use-lösningar. Avdelningen utvecklar kromatografiinstrument och förbrukningsprodukter. Teamet består idag av tre seniora mekanikkonstruktörer.Om rollen

We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer who will primarily work with development of components for chromatography systems, specifically chromatography columns where separation occurs.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and evaluate new concepts and mechanical designs

• Adapt designs for serial production and industrialization

• Work with components manufactured through injection molding, machining, welded sheet metal, composite materials, and various 3D-printing techniques (metal and plastic)

• Be involved from early development phases through testing, validation, and production readiness

The role includes travel to Swedish suppliers approximately twice per year.Krav (Must have)

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer

• Strong experience in Creo

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meriterande (Nice to have)

• Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field

• Experience of PED / ASME and design of pressure vessels

• Experience in designing with composite materials

• Experience from complex instrument or product development environments
  

Personliga egenskaper

You are an experienced user of CAD and PDM systems with strong personal drive and genuine technical curiosity. You have proven experience of working with instrument development from early concept phases through industrialization, preferably including hands-on testing and validation of your own designs.
