Roles and Responsibilities:
Represent IVC in pre-studies to analyze test impact for new Radio products and Features
Drive Product Test Strategy covering several IVC disciplines for some Product segments
Build Test Plans for different products
Drive estimation meetings with stakeholders (within and outside of IVC) to set test scope
Based on strategy work, evolve the IVC test plans for improved coverage and efficiency
Act as Project Manager in some cases for features/Radio products to secure and facilitate test progress.
Be part of development projects to handle upcoming matters like test scope changes in cooperation with Systems and Design
Take part of Technology Area – Testability to capture technology trends and to reflect those into IVC Test Strategies.
Core competences and minimum qualifications:
Education: B.Sc or M. Sc in Electrical engineering, Engineering Physics or similar
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
Technical knowledge and experience with Hardware and Software development.
Experience in testing of HW or SW products
Strategic thinking
Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills and are characterized as positive and passionate in your approach to your work.
Team player
Fluent in spoken and written English and have good presentation skills
Preferred qualifications & experience requirements:
RF and radio knowledge
Leadership (e.g. OPO, team lead, or MR/SP driver etc.)
Open minded and innovative
Have an interest to constantly learn and share new findings

Planning and organizing
Self-motivated, with the drive to solve problems and expand your knowledge
